Choose O'Hare or Midway as your pick-up location and add your flight number. A $200 deposit secures your Sprinter.
The day before you fly, we email your rental agreement. Add each driver and authorize the security hold - $400 on a credit card or $500+ on a debit card.
Our team meets you at your terminal with your Sprinter. If your flight runs late, we wait for you.
On departure day, drive straight to the terminal. Our team takes the keys while your group heads to check-in.
Airport hours: terminal delivery is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Standard airport hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (except national holidays), at $125 each way. Before 8 AM, after 5 PM, on weekends and on holidays, an after-hours fee applies. Airport delivery is for travelers flying in or out; local customers pick up at Melrose Park or Berwyn.
Good to know: our Mercedes-Benz Sprinters stand about 10.5 feet tall, so they cannot use drive-throughs or parking garages. Sprinters run on diesel; our Ford Transits and minivan run on gasoline. You drive the van yourself.

On special request with special delivery pricing, Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 2 PM in a two-hour window - not on weekends or national holidays.
Flying out early? Return the van to our location and leave the keys in our 24/7 key drop box - no after-hours fee.
Coming from farther away? Leave your own car at our lot during the rental (paid service).

The standard minimum age is 25. Drivers aged 21 or older may rent for business purposes, with a CDL, or with management approval.

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinters start at $180 a day for the 12 and 15-passenger Sprinter, $200 for the Grand Recliner ($210 for the 15-passenger), $250 for the Golden Chariot ($260 for the 15-passenger) and $350 for the 10-passenger Road Cruiser. These are starting daily rates - longer rentals get a lower daily rate - and your exact price shows when you book online.

Every rental day includes 250 free miles, pooled across your whole rental. Extra miles are $0.35 each.
Yes. Our Melrose Park office at 3217 W Lake St is about 13 minutes from O'Hare. If you are flying in or out, we deliver your van to your terminal.
Your own auto insurance with full coverage (comprehensive and collision) and liability of at least $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident. International visitors should email us for an all-inclusive option.
