Best Scenic Places in Chicago for Photography With Van Rentals
- Rental Vehicles
Chicago is a photographer’s dream, and a van rental lets a photography group reach the best scenic spots together — gear and all, on your own schedule. Here are the top places to shoot, and why a van makes it easy.
Capture the skyline from Skydeck Chicago at Willis Tower, the reflections at Millennium Park and Cloud Gate, and the classic views along the Chicago Riverwalk and Navy Pier. For nature and greenery, shoot the Lincoln Park Conservatory and zoo area, North Avenue Beach and the Lakefront Trail, and the beautiful Garfield Park Conservatory.
Camera gear, tripods, and a group don’t fit neatly in a car. A van gives you room for all the equipment and keeps the crew together, moving easily between locations to catch the best light.
Map your route for golden hour, leave time at each spot, and let the van handle the logistics and parking so you can focus on the shots.
Our vans offer comfortable seating and space to organize gear, and with two additional drivers free (three drivers in total), you can share the driving between locations.
Because we’re Illinois-based, the same van can take your photography group anywhere across the USA and into Canada in search of the perfect scene.
For comfort, the 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter; for value, the 15-passenger Ford Transit. Browse the full fleet.
