Every van we rent is our own, every van up to 15 seats can be driven on a regular driver's license, and every rental day includes 250 free miles. Our minivan rents starting at $50/day and our 12 and 15-passenger vans starting at $120/day - and the longer you rent, the lower your daily rate.

Deposit and taxes: a $200 deposit confirms your reservation, and the remaining balance is due when you pick up the van. At pick-up we place a refundable authorization hold of $400 on a credit card or $500 on a debit card, released less any balance due, such as extra miles or fuel. Rental tax depends on where your rental begins: 11% at our Melrose Park and Berwyn offices, 12% for O'Hare delivery, 11% for Midway delivery, and 26% plus $0.50 per rental inside the City of Chicago. Standard airport hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (except national holidays), when delivery is $125 each way; outside those hours a special fee applies, quoted by your pick-up and drop-off times.

For 15 travelers with suitcases, choose a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Grand Recliner or Golden Chariot; the 15-passenger Ford Transit has no luggage space and suits groups packing light.
