The Digital Nomad's Dream: How Van Rentals Facilitate Remote Work
- Rental Vehicles
Remote work means you can work from anywhere — so why not the road? Whether it’s a solo working road trip or a team heading somewhere for a change of scenery, a van rental turns travel and work into the same trip. Here’s how it works.
When your office is wherever you park, you can chase better weather, national parks, or a quieter setting between video calls. A comfortable van gives you room to spread out and actually get work done on the move.
Our vans offer climate control, USB charging, and comfortable seating — the basics you need to stay productive. Plan your route around towns with good connectivity, and the road becomes a workable office.
This is where renting beats buying: flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rates mean you take the van for exactly as long as the workation lasts — no ownership, no upkeep, no year-round cost.
Bringing a team? One van keeps everyone together for a group getaway or working vacation, with two additional drivers free (three drivers in total) so you can share the wheel between destinations.
Because we’re Illinois-based, you can drive our vans anywhere across the USA and into Canada — so a remote-work road trip can go as far as your calendar allows.
For room to work and travel in comfort, the 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter; for the budget option, the 15-passenger Ford Transit. See the full fleet.
