The Perfect Choice for Your Church's Road Trip: Our Top-Notch Van Rental Services

From Sunday outings to youth camps and mission trips, church groups travel together often — and a passenger van makes it simple, safe, and affordable to keep everyone in one place. Here’s why our vans are a great fit for your congregation’s next road trip.

Room for the whole group

Our vans seat up to 15, so the youth group, the choir, or the volunteers all ride together, with space for luggage, instruments, and supplies.

Safe and reliable

Every van is dealer-maintained and inspected before each rental, and our Mercedes-Benz Sprinters add advanced safety features like Crosswind Assist and Lane Keeping Assist — peace of mind when you’re responsible for a group.

Comfortable and well-equipped

Climate control, comfortable seating, and on-board entertainment keep everyone content on longer drives — helpful with a van full of kids.

Drive yourself, or add a driver

A regular driver’s license is all you need to drive our vans (no special license required for personal use). Prefer to focus on the group? Every rental includes up to three drivers free.

Affordable and flexible

One van shared across the group keeps costs low, and you set the itinerary. And because we’re Illinois-based, your church can travel anywhere across the USA and into Canada for camps, conferences, and mission trips.

Which van should you pick?

For comfort and safety on longer trips, the 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is ideal. For the most budget-friendly option, choose the 15-passenger Ford Transit. See the full fleet.
